Things I Like #4 - Unique Grabs

Need a card (or a pile of them) to send this festive season? Want to pen down birthday wishes but can't find anything besides that old notepad next to the phone? Have a gift and need a card to complement it? Fret not, look what I found!

These cards are the handmade creations from Unique Grabs. The shop is filled to the brim with cards for any and all occasions - anniversary, birthday, wedding, christams, you name it, you'll find it. The cards above are just a few of my favourites. I love the beary ones (for love), the santa (for Christmas), and that red Chinese traditional wedding one just makes me smile. And how can I not be moved by flowers (generic card), especially in pink!

Well if you think these are the creations from a pair of dainty hands, guess again. These cards may be cute and dainty, but they are handmade with passion by a pair of nimble and MANLY hands! Richard Chan is an engineer by day and a card maker by night, or rather in his free time. This is what I call a good hobby to have guys!

A handmade card is so much more special coz it carries not only your well wishes but the creator's as well. (That would apply to all other things handmade, including mine! :P) And Richard's cards are big on passion but kind on the wallet, US$2 to US$3 to send some love is well worth it!
